What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is very important to us.  Items can be returned within 15 days with authorization by completing our online Return Merchandise Request.

In order to be eligible for return:

  • Items must show no signs of use (subject to vendor's discretion), and be returned in the original manufactuer's packing.
  • Each item must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. 
  • Must include a copy of your receipt with the completed Return Merchandise Request form
Please note refunds are for the cost of the product only. Returns of all items will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs 

After 15 days, the item is subject to warranty and must be authorized by a customer service representative by calling 1-866-419-0710 (8AM to 5PM EST, Monday - Friday).


How do I return an item?
1. Fill out our online Return Merchandise Request.
2. Once submitted, a Henrich customer service representatives will approve your return within 48 hours. 
3. Once approved, you will receive an email with your Return Merchandise Authorizatiom number. Pack up your return items.  In the box, include a copy of your original receipt with the completed Return Merchandise Request Form.
4. Write the Returned Goods Authorization number in clear, black letters on the outside of the parcel
5. Insure your package and send it to:
